About Me

Above all else, I am a lifelong learner. I draw from many life experiences and careers that inform the therapist I am today. These include being an environmental educator, a licensed massage therapist, and a paraeducator working with students with disabilities. Due to these careers, my approach to the mind and well-being honors the importance of connection to our environment, our bodies, and each other.

In me, you will find a therapist who will approach your concerns with tenderness and curiosity. I enjoy learning about therapeutic modalities of old, such as Jungian and Gestalt approaches, as well as cutting-edge research related to Interpersonal Neurobiology, the interdisciplinary study of how relationships affect our brain, and therefore our general well-being.

Together, I will support you, your child, and your family system as we navigate the sometimes messy, complex, and beautiful aspects of connection.

I have a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and currently hold a license as a Mental Health Counseling Associate (LMHCA). My clinical experience includes supporting children, adolescents, and adults in a private practice setting as well as in public school settings.

In my free time, I enjoy assisting my daughter as she picks up bugs and taking moments to pause and watch the wild world around me.
