Therapy for Adults

I provide individual therapy to adults of all ages, supporting clients through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. These often include anxiety, depression, difficulties with self-identity, relationship concerns, and navigating major life transitions such as career changes, loss, or shifts in personal roles.

My therapeutic approach is eclectic, meaning I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities to tailor the work to each client’s unique needs. At the core of my practice is a psychodynamic foundation—commonly known as "talk therapy"—which emphasizes gaining insight into how past experiences, unconscious patterns, and early relationships shape present thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Through this process, I aim to foster greater self-awareness, emotional growth, and long-term change.

My counseling practice is dedicated to supporting the mental health of children and adolescents through child-focused, family-centered psychotherapy, while also promoting the overall well-being of each unique family system.

I utilize trauma informed practices and work with kids and adolescents who may be challenged by anxiety or depression, who may have recently been diagnosed with a learning or cognitive disability, or who may be otherwise struggling.

I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities when working with kids and adolescents. I draw from play therapy, gestalt therapy, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), art therapy, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and sand tray therapy modalities. My approach is warm, caring, and compassionate and I seek to understand each individual child within their unique family system.
