Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much mental health (or medical) care will cost, including psychotherapy services. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

Insurance
At this time, I am unable to accept insurance.
If your insurance plan offers out-of-network reimbursement, you may be able to get partially or fully reimbursed for sessions with me. I provide monthly superbills (detailed invoices) with all the required information for insurance claims.
These questions may be helpful when calling your insurance provider about out-of-network services :
Does my plan cover mental health services?
If so, will my plan cover or reimburse me directly for mental health services from "out-of-network" / "third party" providers?
If so, how much of what I pay will be reimbursed?
Do I need to have a primary care physician referral for those services to be reimbursed?
Does my plan have a cap on the number of sessions I can be reimbursed for each year?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
*It will be important to mention that I am a Licensed Mental Health Counseling Associate to determine your “out-of-network” benefits.
